Hill Haven’s strength lies in its people. Our interdisciplinary team includes licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, activity coordinators, dietary staff, and a full complement of support services. We maintain a higher staff-to-resident ratio than many facilities, which means more one-on-one time, better outcomes, and a more personalized experience.

We specialize in short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services in a calm, restorative setting. Residents and patients are supported by an interdisciplinary care team that includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists, licensed nurses, certified aides, a social worker, and a full-time activities department focused on life enrichment.
