Our History

Hill Haven has proudly served the Jefferson, and Banks County communities for over 60 years and we have remained independently owned and operated, allowing us to stay deeply connected to our local roots and responsive to the evolving needs of our residents and families.

Our longevity is built on a foundation of community partnerships, long-term staff loyalty, and a commitment to high standards in every aspect of care. We are honored to be a trusted name in skilled nursing and rehabilitation across North Georgia.

Located in the quiet, tree-lined community of Commerce, Georgia, Hill Haven is a single-level skilled nursing facility designed for both safety and comfort. Our campus features:
