Hill Haven is a trusted provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Our rehabilitation program focuses on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence so they can return safely to their prior level of function or home environment.

Our therapy services include:

• Physical Therapy: To rebuild strength, mobility, and endurance

• Occupational Therapy: To restore daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, and self-care

• Speech-Language Therapy: To support recovery from stroke, neurological disorders, or swallowing difficulties 

Therapy is offered seven days a week, with personalized care plans overseen by our on-site Rehab Director and coordinated with input from families and hospital discharge teams.
